Cookie upon arrival was a unexpected but very touch . Taste good too !... Made very welcome - never been greeted with a hot cookie before!... Staff friendly and helpful.... Except the management and one of the bar staff nobody else was capable of saying 'hello'. ... Staff are friendly... staff are so friendly ... always seem to go that extra mile and are always smiling...
